I pair holistic practices backed by science with my intuitive gifts & relationship with Spirit to guide you through expansive, transformational & enlightening inner work. One of my favorite things about working with Bailey is the immense amount of intention she brings to sessions alongside an incredible skill to hold space filled with so much love and compassion. I feel held, supported, and seen by her as we navigate dicey waters. Most recently, we met for an hourly session to help me navigate heaviness and stickiness from the grief, hurt, and pain of the ending of a significant relationship that I was struggling to navigate on my own. I felt as though I hit a wall with my own progress and still felt like I was drowning.
In the session itself I had the space to feel and talk through all the things that were weighing on me. She witnessed me, validated me, and helped me see that "GRIEF IS LOVE WITH NOWHERE TO GO". And with that truth in hand alongside the support of her love, began to see that the practice for these seemingly unbearable emotions is my ability to pour love into myself (past, present, and future). When those empty and sad and wanting feelings arose, I began to soften and say, "How can I love myself and nourish myself a bit more in this moment?" Through this awareness and practice, I have softened so much of the heaviness that was holding me down, finally feeling like I had a life preserver to hang on to and catch my breath.
In the session we also talked about boundaries and took a look at where I am giving away too much to too many. And as much as Bailey holds epic loving and soft space, she can also be fierce in her leadership. Fierce in the way that YOU WILL HEAR the tough things you may not want to hear. Afterwards I was showered with support, knowing she was on text or email away. She sent me a recap of the session, journal prompts that took me deeper into my work, and a knowing that SHE HAS ME.
