They’re wise, intuitive creatures & haven’t been conditioned to forget their primal healing & energy techniques. So are you. Unlearn old conditioning that’s no longer serving you to THRIVE. Be a wolf & shake often. You’re a living, breathing, divine BEING, baby — act like one.

Start this practice by standing barefoot with your feet at a shoulder width stance, gentle bend in the knees with feet hip distance apart.
Soften the jaw, gently part your lips and begin to breathe deep into the belly from the mouth.
Release with each exhale.
Receive with each inhale.
Begin to bounce up and down on the balls of your feet by raising your heels, gradually increasing speed. Visualize roots releasing out of your feet and sinking into gaia as she holds, nourishes, stabilizes and grounds you on a cellular level. Surrender to the rhythm and flow as you reconnect for a few minutes.
