While it may not always feel this way—you are a constantly evolving being, which means your choices must fluctuate and shift with time in order to serve your highest good and match your inevitable growth. Because the person you were yesterday has different wants, needs, and desires than the person you are today. Therefore mirroring your old way of being while hoping for different feelings, experiences and results puts limits on the next level of your life. 4 signs that your soul desperately needs a change in choices, habits, thoughts and an overall approach to your life. 1. You’re burnt out, bored, and feel like you’re living on autopilot. This feels like living the same day over and over again. It’s you functioning as a disengaged, low-energy, uninspired robot. This is your soul saying, “Will you please give me more? Something that lights me up and makes me excited for my feet to hit the ground when I wake up?” (Ignoring your inner voice) 2. Your life today mirrors the last few years of your life, with a few minor exceptions. (Lack of personal growth and natural development) 3. You can’t remember the last time you had a new experience in your day-to-day life that was expansive, exciting, and outside of your go-to comfort zone/current way of being. (Cozy in the comfort zone) 4. Deep down, you want to say “NO” to the things you quietly nod your head “yes” to in your everyday life. You are riddled with exhaustion, overwhelm, and obligation as a result. (Living out of alignment) Here’s what to do instead so you can lead a limitless life 1. Reflect on and have gratitude for the things that used to work! Action: Take a few minutes to write down the 3 daily habits/choices that have led you to the incredible person that you are today. Feel gratitude for each one as well as for your past self for committing to them. 2. Release what no longer serves you and open up to new choices by practicing curiosity with an open mind as you explore what’s possible in this season of your life if you choose to show up differently. 3. Let go of resistance even when it seems easier to stick to your old habits and choices. Action: Spend 5 minutes each day before you go to bed as well as right when you wake up visualizing who and what you could create if you made space for your true potential. Your future self is depending on you to embrace your evolution – explore it in your imagination first, then turn it into your reality. New rule: if it’s not a full-body f*ck yes, it’s a no. Affirm these words out loud, write them down on a sticky note and repeat daily for 28 days to reprogram your mind: The choices I committed to yesterday may not apply to who I am today. I choose to confidently embrace my soul’s rhythm and flow within my daily choices, thoughts, and routine. I am available for personal growth and witnessing what’s possible for me when I say yes to new choices. These tips will cultivate confidence and create positive changes in your mind, body, heart, and spirit. Be consistent and stay loyal to your highest Self.
